We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Optical Supervisor to help manage growing optical chain currently with 10 locations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure all staff members maintain exceptional patient and customer service, manage staff performance, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all locations are properly staffed
- Supervise managers and ensure company procedures are being followed
- Visit each location throughout the week and meet with staff
- Work directly with owner to troubleshoot any problems that arise
- Frame selection / ordering
- Hiring / HR
- Supervise doctors
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in optical retail or optical management. 2+
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of eyewear products, lenses, and optical dispensing.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
